Handpainted Sign Tutorial

I just LOVE how this turned out.  I started with a cabinet door
that I got at a local hardware store for $2.







I painted it with Old White Chalk Paint.  I did the detailing with

Provence Chalk Paint.  I got my vintage french wording from The Graphics Fairy

I used my overhead projecter to transfer the graphic like I did HERE, and HERE.

I free handed on the vintage doorknob because the FRENCH

translation has to do with an old hardare ad

I sanded and distressed.  I then used a little dark wax and clear wax and was finished.
