I picked this ceramic duck up at an estate sale. It was so cute, and as my kids would say it was a
"happy" duck. It had been cracked and repaired on the beak. The neck was also cracked.
I didnt know what to do with it until I was this on pinterest.

I covered the duck in an old book with modge podge.
I then used a black sharpie to draw on my design.
I then painted it in, and covered in Martha Stewart Metallic Gold Glaze.
I love how it turned out. It kind of gives you new perspective on
all the ceramics you see with a big old country bow one them.
