Halloween "haunted" Sign Tutorial
1.I started with a piece of scrap wood.
2. Stained it with dark walnut wax and a coat of
Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Old White.
3. I printed out "haunted" and traced the letters onto the wood.
4. Hand Paint the letters with black acrylic and then distressed with mouse sander.
I nailed the sign to some old fence boards I got for free.
I painted them black and nailed to some scrapwood
for a nice halloweenish yard display! It was soo easy.
I did these the same way. The "Salem Hat Co. is on scrap wood with a little glitter,
and the other was done on an old cabinet door.
Have a great weekend! Fall weather has officially arrived here so come back to see more
fall projects soon.
Crafting enchanted brooms! That is really fun! I just received my very first Annie Sloan Chalk Paint (it's very difficult to get in Canada - only one supplier in my province!) and can't wait to get started. I always enjoy reading about projects bloggers use with the paint.

These are some super cute signs! I love making things for Halloween, although I avoid using witchy themed ideas since I live in Salem, OR.
