$2 Chair Redo

I found this chair at a garage sale for $2.  These step stool chairs are great for the kids.  It looked pretty rough, but with a little paint and HOT fabric it is as good as new.  I covered the chair in fabric and then added plastic vinyl so that it would stay looking good in the kitchen.
