Jewelry Box Makeover

I got this little beauty at the goodwill for $2.99

It needed some COLOR.  So my makeover began!

I started painting it pale yellow.  My 5 year old, Wilson,
wanted to paint, but settled for being my hand model!

I didn't like the yellow, so I painted it a darker yellow like the inside,
but I didn't like it either.  I decided I liked the white best.

I made a papar patten and cut a piece of this gorgeous Micheal Miller fabric.
I glued it down with gem-tac.  I then cut along the drawers
with an exacto knife and secured the edges with more glue.

I reattached the drawer pulls painted a fresh white.

I left the drawers the darker yellow.  I just LOVE how it turned out!

HAPPY SPRING!!
